Return/refund
Any product that is unused/unopened may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for any opened products that are returned. Returns of any products that have been installed and/or used will be accepted at our discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the return is due to an error by Killer Innovations. All returned goods must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Authorization prior to returning any product. Shipping and insurance are not refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
Shipping
Our standard shipping is USPS 1st Class. UPS Ground and expedited shipping options are available, at an additional charge. Tracking numbers will be provided via email at the time of shipment.
Payment/CC Info
Payment is processed when product is shipped. We do our best to ship orders within two business days if product is in stock.

We will never sell, give away or trade your personal information to anyone. All personal information you provide to us when ordering on our secure checkout page is used solely for billing and shipping purposes.
